OK guys, I need help! I want to put a bunch of high energy songs on my MP3 player for when I am exercising. It get up at 4:00 am and need something lively to get me going. What are some of your favorites? I will consider most kinds of music. I like things such as "Walking On Sunshine" by Katrina and the Waves, etc. Come on and give me some help!

Maybe some Metallica ? Even if you dont like Heavy Metal, most anything off S&M with Michael Kamen and the San Franciso symphony orchestra will make grandma feel like she can go 10 rounds with Rocky.

Looks like you can hear most of it on youtube, just search Metallica S&M

A bit heavier than "Walking on sunshine", ;P but gets me pumped up....

Dance Sister Dance -- Santana (live version)

Rock and Roll -- Led Zeppelin

I love me some Shrek! The end of 3 is Livin' la Vida Loca by Eddie Murphy and Antonio Banderas.
