anyone have a recommendation for an environmentally friendly power washer. Last guy used bleach and damged plants around the house. not bad, but want something else. thanks

Not with the guy that powerwashed my house; though, if anyone here knows of someone who will clean gutters, I'd like their name/number please. I can get the front, but the back is too high up for my NEW ladder. Tried it myself last year. I hoisted myself (me, single woman) up there, ladder leaning against the house and got stuck on my roof for 2 hours trying to get the guts to shimmy down feet first with my torso on the roof..legs a dangling. Mind you, I thought it would be best to get this done REAL early on a Sunday morning, cause it's cooler. There was no one around to holler for help...(wishing I took my cell phone up there)..finally slid off, toes attaching to top rung of ladder, gripping the gutter, and proceeded to slide, belly down (removing flesh) taking the gutter with me. So, if anyone has the name of someone who provides this service... lemme know!
I had visions of the very same thing! Sometime ago, some one posted a photo of their elderly mother on top of the roof of her home. I don't know who it was... but when I saw that, I thought, well, if that gal can get up there, I certainly can do it....NOT! I wished I had remembered that things don't always look the same going up as they do down.
So, y'all inspired me to go ahead and get the house power washed. I used a handyman service call Poor Boys. He did a great job for a great price! 919-946-3343.
