How much weight to loose

    I got an app for my phone. "s health". You can input your sleep time, what you eat, it tracks your walking etc.

    I'm 5'11" and according to that chart my normal weight should be between 136 to 178. I'm not buying that chart at all. if I were to weigh 136 lbs. I'd look like a straw sticking out of a soda cup. I do weigh 178 and don't think that I am anywhere near being "over weight"

    The CDC says that loosing weight gradually (they suggest 1-2 pounds per week) is the healthiest.
