I'm 5'11" and according to that chart my normal weight should be between 136 to 178. I'm not buying that chart at all. if I were to weigh 136 lbs. I'd look like a straw sticking out of a soda cup. I do weigh 178 and don't think that I am anywhere near being "over weight" I'm calling BS
