A buddy of mine hauls overweight equipment. He hauled a brand new volvo excavator to South Carolina to be painted NCDOT yellow. Volvos are already yellow. DOT probably had 20 - 25,000$ invested just to change the shade of yellow. Part of the machine had to be disassembled to haul.
