Hurricane Irene Related Vegetative Debris Accepted at Johnston County Landfill At No Charge Through September 10, 2011 Smithfield, NC – The Johnston County Landfill located at 680 County Home Road in Smithfield will accept Hurricane Irene related vegetative debris at no charge beginning today through September 10, 2011 from residential customers.
