When we rode down I-40 this morning at about 8:40ish from Raleigh there was a guy standing in the median with some packages at his feet. A highway patrol was pulled into the median but away from the guy a small distance. There was not a car around the guy. He was just standing there. Traffic was backed up for miles in the westbound lane. Anyone know what happened?
