I agree. If they were on his property he has every right to defend his family & himself. This man did NOTHING wrong. If this case is allowed to go though & these illegals somehow when, the precident set could have extremely dire consequences.

All the people in Califonia that voted for that Bit*h Pelosi and all the rest that voted for Obama asked for it! They both are writing a new Definition for Liberalization!

And they are appointing Judge's to do their bidding!

 

That is why I voted for Obama! Got to maintain and if possible control the courts!
