I have and 05 Chevy Malibu. It has AM/FM CD stereo. I got a CD stuck in it and it would not come out for all the rice in China..... Anyway, my husband VERY carefully took the stereo out and unscrewed all the teeny weeny screws and kept all in sync so it would go back together the right way. We got the CD out, put everything back in EXACTLY how it came apart and now...........the radio and clock do not work. I can mash the CD eject and put one in to eject. That works fine and you can hear it loading. But it won't play and I have not radio or clock. The heat/AC and dash lights and all that work. We looked at all the fuses and they seem ok. We took the radio back out to make sure all was pugged in right and it looked ok. A friend told me if it had an anti/theft thing on there it may have to be reset but I don't think I have one. I bought the car used. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
