I need an electrician's help

I need to have a breaker changed on the main breaker box outside my house. A lightning strike last night fried the breaker which controls (of course) our AC. Progress Energy came out and looked at it and said it would be a ten minute job for a qualified electrician. Money is tight for us right now so I'm looking for someone who maybe does side work.
