I believe widening is from 42 to 440 only, and not from 42 to 95. I haven't seen that area backed up much, especially when traveling East on 40 past 42. The backup from 42 to 210 westbound should be alleviated from the widening west of 42.
Maybe 2 projects? I agree I keep hearing widening between 440/70 (really just 70) and 42. This is first Ive heard of this.
That's what it sounds like. So from 95 all the way to 440 it will be all new pavement within 2-3 years. But widened from the 42 and Cleveland Road area all the way to 440. That's part of the project with the diverging diamond at 40/42.
