Just close your eyes. It's their store. I don't care how far his pants go down. As long as I'm not seeing anything swinging in the breeze I don't care. Surely there are bigger things in the world to protest to? World hunger? Peace? Half naked man?

I seem to recall a fully naked sculpture made many years ago. And they call it art?

    Sex Sells.

Don't shop there if it offends you that much.

Personally I like the picture :mrgreen:

If they make them take their picture down then the following things need to happen too:
    hide girls G-strings
    hide girls Bra straps
hide boys underoos ballooning out the tops of pants.
    hide plumbers crack
    etc.

It is just one more thing to desensitize people today. Yes, they are testing to see where the line is, but so is everything else. Sad.

See, I kinda agree with y'all. I don't really find that any more offensive than the half-naked female models or maniquins, displaying bathing suits, with half their breasts exposed.

I was just curious if I was the only person who didn't see that big of a problem with it?

After continuing to look at the picture... I'm not even sure you can tell what type of britches they're selling.

But I do have a possible new screen saver!

I see nothing wrong (at all) ;) with that picture. Makes me want to shop there!

What's really funny is that their pixelated version is more suggestive than the real picture.

While it is a suggestive/provocative picture, the uncensored picture kind of looks like a real life Ken doll. Where's Barbie?

yummy.... I like the pic. But really... even bad publicity is still publicity in a case like this. He's just drumming up the business for A & F and getting their name out there in articles and news coverage. Maybe they'll send him a Thank You note for the free advertising they are getting out of it.

I think this boycott might actually bring more business to the mall! The idiots!!

When I lived in Cincinnati the Sheriff tried to close down an art show and it ended up swamping the museum with visitors.

I'm really not headed to the mall. I hate shopping anyway.

Some kind of marketing plan though, huh? :hurray:

I don't really care if they have this picture up or not, but keep in mind the "fuzzy" sections aren't fuzzy at the mall. Also the picture is really big, and it's the only thing in that entire display window. That's why the guy originally complained when his kids saw this larger than life, practically naked guy in the mall.

Depends on what channels they watch....

I had a poster in my room during high school and college similar to this (not as large, though). Mom hated its caption...."All men are not created equal."

I do avoid going near this store in the mall on the rare occasions we're there because my 8yo daughter does not need to see things like this, though.
