Does anyone know where I could find handcrafted, imported furniture? I was in AL recently and someone I know had a handcrafted wood bar that was about 6 ft tall and it had a horse design carved in it. She said she found it at a flea-market type place, but they only sold imported goods, it wasn't like a retail store. I have searched online for something like that in the Raleigh area and I am getting no where. Does anyone know where a place like this might be?

    Thanks

Haven't seen them around here. Most of the wood used is from Indonesia. We've seen some stuff at the huge flea market in Savannah, but the stuff isn't that inexpensive, and it doesn't appear to weather well.

If you know where Logan Trading Co. is downtown Raleigh, on Seaboard Ave., there is place on the left, where Logan Trading Company would be straight infront of you, I think its called Seaboard Imports. They have stuff like that.

Guy named Randy Daniels the 'Mahogany Man' used to be at the same exit as JR's on I95, in the old Stuckey's building, I think. Last time by there I noticed he was gone. Don't know where he went.
