I am not looking for pity, only support. My dear wife has forced me to give up my baby...a two year old pekapoo named "lila". I am devastated and heartbroken. She simply didn't like the dog and gave no consideration to my deep feeling for this angel. She was happy and stayed in trouble all the time because of chewing socks, and occasionally pooping in the house. I hope this never happens to you. I pray that "Lila" gets a loving home..and I pray I can cope with my loss.
I'm very sorry to hear that countrydan, its sad that you and your wife couldn't reach some compromise on being able to keep your Lila. I'll be sure to send extra good thoughts and prayers to her in hopes that she finds a new family that will love her every bit as much as you did. Maybe you and your wife can work together to find a new pet that you both can love. :grouphug:
