At about 11:00 AM there were 7-8 law enforcement vehicles at the intersection of Rock Quarry Road and Wall Store Road. Then when we got up to Rock Quarry and New Hope there were 2 law enforcement vehicles blocking any traffic from entering New Hope Road. Anyone heard anything?
