Where is a good place to get a trumpet fixed w/out having to trek all the way to Cary?? Thanks in advance. Stephanie-- mom to 10
I always took DS's to Tarheel music in Smithfield, 261-6598. I just looked at their website and it looks like they are no longer a full service music store? I know they had a gentleman there who was the 'trumpet repair master' (as I was told LOL) maybe give them a call and see if they can put you in touch with him?
Tarheel Out of Business Tarheel went out of business last year. Your best bet for a quality repair is probably Cary. There is a store called Redphish in Smithfield but they specialize in electric guitars/drumsets. If you take it there for a repair they will send it out (probably to Cary)and the wait will be a LONG time.
