Did anyone see "Dateline" on Sunday night. It was a two hour episose on a rape victim's story. The victim has a website to tell her story: http://www.janedoenomore.com/about/ I was surprised to hear that there is a statue of limitations on prosecuting for rape. In this case they had DNA proof but could not prosecute because of the statue of limitations. They were only able to prosecute for kidnapping. Great story of a law enforcement officer failing to give up.
