SMITHFIELD-- The Johnston County Schools Class of 2007 earned more than $7.8 million in scholarships this year. Princeton High School's 65 graduates garnered $422,896, bringing the district's total earnings to $7,856,136. The school-by-school listing again follows: Clayton High School: 318 graduates, $1,750,000 in scholarships North Johnston High School: 118 graduates, $766,820 in scholarships Princeton High School: 65 graduates, $422,896 in scholarships South Johnston High School: 210 graduates, $916,420 in scholarships Smithfield-Selma High School: 245 graduates, $1,900,000 in scholarships West Johnston High School: 359 graduates, $2,100,000 in scholarships Johnston County Schools Middle College: 35 graduates, $1,300 in scholarships
