Ladies, if you rec'd an invitation in the mail from me to come to the Death by Chocolate show, the invitation was wrong!! It said Wed, Oct 19th.....Wed is the 18th.....the party is actually this Thursday night!! So please don't show up at my house on Wed asking for chocolate, cause ya ain't gonna find it! Also, I need RSVP's and if I missed anyone, it's because I don't have your snail mail address, but if you're interested, just shoot me a PM. Thanks!
Yes, chocolate! And nope, not handing out treats on Wednesday, lol... MP, you are welcome to come, you know your way there!
Hey, Jenn. I won't be able to make it, but I love Pampered Chef and am interested in checking out a book! ALso, does Pampered Chef have a lifetime warranty like Tupperware? If so, my dang oil sprinzer just broke 2 days ago!! I wouldn't be able to do the chocolate anyway, so eat some for me girls! 8)
PG-I don't know if they have a warranty, but I will ask her Thursday night. In the mean time, if anyone would like to order, but can't come, here is the link to the online catalog. www.pamperedchef.biz/chefgrooms You have to put in my name for me to get credit though!
I used to sell PC so I can help with this. Each PC item's guarantee is different. The kitchen spritzer's is 1 year. http://www.pamperedchef.com/our_products/use_care/detail.jsp?productId=610 The clencher is that you have to hang on to your receipt to be able to have an item replaced. Some good advice that I was given, and used to pass on at my shows, was to store your PC receipts under your silverware tray in the kitchen. That way they're out of sight, but you'll still have them if you ever need them for this http://www.pamperedchef.com/our_products/orderadjustments/overview_public.tpc Everyone should bookmark that ^ link! Jenn, I woke up with a stinking headache and I just might need to die by chocolate tonight. If you'll PM me directions to your house, I may show up (if I can get rid of this blasted migraine!) Either way, I hope you have a good turnout so you can get lots of free goodies!
Thanks Jen, the chocolate was awesome, just what a pmsing woman needed! LOL Le it was great to meet you! FrugalMom, good to meet you again! And thanks for the coupons!
Thanks to all the ladies that came! I was obviously expecting a higher attendance with all that dang chocolate I made, but it was nice to have a small intimate crowd and I hope you all had a good time!
I can do ya one better than that! INGREDIENTS 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup butter, softened 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 3/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans DIRECTIONS In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix in confectioners' sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips. Cover, and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Shape chilled cream cheese mixture into a ball. Wrap with plastic, and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Roll the cheese ball in finely chopped pecans before serving. I did not use the pecans, and I used regular sized chips, not the mini-sized ones.
Thanks Jenn, for all! Always appreciate free coupons frugalmom, thank you. MP, it was super to meet you too, thanks. The PC gal was wonderful. Did we pay extra for all her singing!?!?!
Thanks for a fun evening, Jen! I really enjoyed seeing everyone and forgive me for being such a ditz with names when I got there, ladies! I had not had enough chocolate that day to be at full brain power. 8) Once I had my chocolate fix I was just fine. And the dip was so yummy, Jen! I agree - the PC Lady was really nice. Can't wait to get my order - just in time for holiday baking.
