JoCo Schools closing early Mon. 3/3/14

    I haven't received a phone call, but just saw on WRAL.com that schools will be dismissed @ 2:00. So, I wonder if they are ALL letting out @ the same time? How will buses work?

    ***CORRECTION*** My Phone just rang...schools will dismiss 2 HOURS EARLY!
