yea I saw that one the other day here, I think it was Kent. don't quite remember who. But I know that fellow sure felt foolish after he sobered up.
That video reminded me of something that happened back in the 80's when I lived in VA. (in Norfolk anyway) it was illegal to have a beer in a bottle or can in public - even in your front yard - if it was in a plastic cup, it was ok. . .don't know if it's changed. I lived on a house on a corner and opened my blinds on morning and low an behold, there was a freaky looking guy, propped up against a big tree in my yard (about 8 feet from my window, drinking a beer out of a can. 6-packs were how they were packaged back then and he had 3 left and had one of the empty loops stretched out and over his wrist like a bracelet, with the cans dangling down. I went outside and asked him (from about 10 feet away) to please move on and he told he wasn't going anywhere till he was finished drinking his beers and in a very colorful manner just what I could do.. .which ticked me off, so I called the police. When Norfolk's finest arrived, the guy was still propped against the tree. The officer directed him to drop the beer, step away from the tree. The guy stayed where he was (he couldn't stand on his own, I guess) and he reached into his pocket to grab a comb - which almost got his tail shot. .He started combing his hair and when the cop got closer, he attempted to comb his hair. . .not a smart move. . the guy somehow was limber enough to get his weiner out of his pants in a split second and started peeing (directing it at the cop) His aim was pretty good and that's when he almost got his arm twisted off ---if I were that cop, I would have shot him right then and there. . .after he was cuffed and placed in the car, I let the officer come in and use my sink to wash up. . .it was the least I could do. I detest people who act like totally disgusting idiots when they drink:evil:
