    :x Is anyone else having trouble getting through to them? I'm getting really ticked off! I called Friday and the first time no one picked up, not even thier automated system, second time someone answered and connected me to our nurse, but the nurse's voice mail didn't pick up and I simply got silence. I tried calling back quite a few times all day Friday and NOTHING. No one answered, no automated system, nothing. Now this morning the same thing is happening. Looks like I'm going to have to drive up there wich really ticks me off because I hate to waste the darn gas!

    I have always gotten this same treatment... the Voice Mail System from hell. I agree it ticks me off. Are they -really- so-o-o-o busy that NO ONE can ANSWER the phone?

    The front office staff there is the pits that is for certain. Awful enough that I worried how well my medical info was being tended seeing how difficult it is for them to schedule and maintain appointments.

    All this sounds like the reason I am leaving my doctor of 15 years. The front desk staff are rude and incompetent. That means a lot...even when the doctor is top-notch!

    do pick on my peeps..lol.

    i like them there and don't have a problem.....
    hmmmi have to call in a bit so I will let you know....

    It's such a bummer because I LOVE the nurses and docs there, but that office is enough to drive anyone crazy! My daughter's nurse wanted me to make an appt. for her, but I have yet to get ahold of them.

    Friday and today the automated system isn't picking up either.:x

    I just called Quick Med up at 4042 knowing they are associated with JFC and JMH, and a very nice lady from there called JFC for me and had them call me. They are having problems with their phones. I didn't get a chance to ask if they knew when it will be fixed, but I will find out when I bring my daughter to her appt.!

    I wouldn't give them the time of the day. I'd find a different doctor.

    It ain't just a problem with their phones. I had this same experience mp nearly a month ago...unless their telephone repair service is equally incompetent!

    Did you think it may be an Embark problem and nothing within their control?

    In the hustle and bustle of getting my 2 yr old there on time and everything, I totally forgot to ask them about the darn phones! UGH!
    It's too bad thier office sucks, because I really love the doctors and nurses there. :(
