:evil: Elderly Man Arrested For 1997 Sex Crimes - Detectives have charged a 69-year-old man with sexually assaulting a young girl 10 years ago. Ronald Charles Dotter of Goldsboro is accused of committing the crimes against the girl who was only 4 years of age at the time. Dotter is charged with three counts of first-degree sex offense with a child. He is in the Wayne County Jail under a $300,000 bond. Thanks to our police authorities! I am so thankful for our police authorities for their work to expose and arrest perverts such as David Forsyth. I hope he gets what he deserves in court. Many years with some of the men lurking in our prison system. Hopefully he will get more "sex" than he ever hoped for. I pray that there are not any victims of this pervert in our community. We must protect our children from animals such as this Johnston County resident.
