July 4th plans?

I was just wondering what everyone is up to this weekend? Whatever the plan is, have fun and be safe!!

Headed to VA to ride the Virginia Creeper Trail on Friday, then celebrate the 4th with the in-laws including fireworks at the local lake on Sat. Nice, relaxing weekend. Unfortunately, no beer for me in that crowd, LOL. :cheers:

Going to Pennsylvania for a family wedding.

 

Wow, I bet that takes years of preparation for something that complicated! :mrgreen:

 

I'm sure that's where hubby would be if we were going to be around, but we're actually going to visit family...can't wait! :hurray:

 

My mom and dad will be in today from KY, suprising my daughter and my niece. We will be cooking out here and hanging by the pool and having belated birthday party for my mom and my niece, who turns 8 today, and then will more than likely go see the fireworks in Clayton.

Hanging out here w/ the family. Lounging in the pool all day, cooking out and then seeing fireworks in Clayton. Just a great time to relax. AND, as an added suprise, my husband just found out he is actually off work on Friday! Oh, and we're painting the interior of the house all weekend. Looking forward to this weekend. We were so incredibly busy this past weekend that sitting in the pool doing nothing sounds fabulous!!! Have a safe & Happy 4th of July.
