Thanks. My vehicle's body is in great shape, both interior and exterior. It has over 190k mileages and the motor is locked/dead. Mechanic said the cost of motor replacement could be well over $2,000. Figured it's not worth to keep it. Do you think I'm making the right choice by sending it to the junk/scrapyard?
I need to do the same thing because our Ford Taurus has been sitting in the mechanics back lot for a while. Need to get another used car for my daughter and was wondering if they would take it as a trade. Not sure what to do. Sherry
call up to TT&E in Garner. That's where we take our scrap wire. I've seen plenty of vehicles taken in there also.
