Theives wiped out my Wachovia (now wells fargo) account. :twisted: Purchases came from Luxembourg at an Apple I Tunes store (The only apples I buy are the ones to eat!) :lol: Sorry to Apple, but you got ripped off, I'm gettin my money back. Just be aware, this isn't a one time thing, there have been NUMEROUS stories about this on the news and such about I tunes purchases that are fraudlent. :banghead: Hope everyone else's bank accounts stay secure. Good thing they only got one bank account, and not the others.
Craig, Neither do I! I don't even have an Itunes account. It's not a local or small thing. Google Itunes Luxembourg Fraud and you will see a slew of websites (even a facebook group) dedicated to this. They just steal the numbers and apparently you don't need security keys or anything entered from the back of the card to purchase anything. Sucks now that my account is frozen and I can't access or pay any bills (at least not with that account, this is why I keep a second bank account without a check card)
