You’re invited to a Blessing of the Animals Wilson’s Mills Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) 179 Fire Department Road, Clayton, NC Saturday, September 20th at 10:00 a.m. Come celebrate our animal friends in an outdoor service within the fenced playground area. We will honor the importance of animals in our lives and we will celebrate our role as stewards of all God’s creatures. You can expect a little bit of singing, some scripture, and personal stories from our very own animal lovers. A representative from the Johnston County Animal Protection League will attend, and we will take up a love offering for that organization. Each animal will receive a blessing. All animals must have current vaccinations and be leashed or in a carrier. If your animal does not travel well, feel free to bring a picture. Please call Rev.
