congrats Have a great time with your son. I know from reading your previous posts how much he means to you (and you to him). Please express to him my families deepest appreciation for his service to our nation. It takes a special person to enlist-even more so in these troubled times. He is to be commended-and as I have stated before-that is purely a reflection on his upbringing.So congrats to you also!
He is a third of the way here!! He stopped at some friends house in Albuquerque to get some sleep. I don't know how many times he called me last night but boy he was "jazzed". I could hardly get a word in edgewise. LOL I did not sleep worth a crap last night, until he finially stopped at our friends house. ncroxx ~ thank you so much for your compliment. Well Kyle in in Texas. He has been so funny. He has been calling us like every hour to two hours and he just talks and talks and talks. It has been hard to get a word in edgewise. He is hoping to be here by tomorrow late afternoon. Depending on what time he gets in and how he feels, we are talking about going to CDH for dinner and then he and his dad can shoot some pool. That way his first night home, I don't have to cook, plus DH is actually off tomorrow and tomorrow night!!!
HOME Well he is home now!!!! Little smart but called me from the driveway. Was asking how far away he was and he said, ummm, not sure....then he said, oh...I know where I am, look in the driveway.
