Ladies - Conditioner for hair?

Discussion in 'Discussion Group' started by crazymom2girls, May 19, 2009.

  1. I just bought some new conditioner from Sally's and I hate it. I like Biolage, but I've used it so much lately. I'm looking for something different. What's your favorite conditioner? Drug store or professional - I don't care! I need to go buy some today.

It depends on your hair type. Do you color it? Is it dry? Is your hair fine? Yes, I do hair for a living, would love to make suggestion.

I use Loreal VIVE pro on Thing I's mane. She has long, thick, wavy hair.

I'm hooked on the Dove products.

I love the way they make my hair feel, smell, and look. And I'm pretty picky about my hair products just b/c of the type of hair I have.

Thick and can be very curly.

  5. I have fairly thick hair that is heavily highlighted but not damaged. It's actually in good shape. It's not too dry, but I'd say more dry than normal. It's past my shoulders but not too long.

I had been using Biolage for a long time and felt my hair needed a change. I switched about a month ago to the reformulated Redken Color Extend shampoo and conditioner. I love them! They leave my hair in much better condition and they smell great too.

Don't need it (thank goodness) my hair is 'fine texture' and even tho I use several styling products - its normally very soft after washing. If I used conditioner - I definitely have 'flat' hair!

I have always used Suave. They have different kinds, so I switch them around. Found that I like them as much, if not better than some of the more expensive ones. The other one I have used and liked is Infusium 23.

    I LOVE Infusium (found at drug stores & Wal-Mart) - it's awesome!!!
And you can find great coupons in the Sunday paper every couple of months - look for it.

  13. Thanks ladies for some great ideas! I've used most all of those in years past. I may have to go back to one of them.

I use Nexxus Hydra Sleek. I have fine hair that tends to be on the dry side and this leaves my hair shiny and silky, except on humid rainy days. Nothing helps my hair on those days!
