Or you could be in peri-menopause. Time for a check up and a blood test. ;)

You took the words right out of my mouth kdc. God'schild it could very well be peri-menopause. That's about the age I was when my dr. told me that.

I have been researching it on line... 40 is right there for peri!! They say low dose bcp's or several herbal things for symptoms and it can take 10 years!!! yikes

Anyone found anything that has worked?

Ok.......I have no idea what "peri" menopausal is......Can someone explain it? I'm serious....I've heard of "pre" menopausal. Is that the same???

Perimenopause marks the interval in which your body begins its transition into menopause. Perimenopause encompasses the years leading up to menopause — anywhere from two to eight years — plus the first year after your final period. It's a natural part of aging that signals the ending of your reproductive years.

    So yes, same as pre!
