Anyone had a chance to see inside these communities? Online Adams point looks like it has no trees. Anyone live there and have any input? Langdon Pointe looks like it has more trees, anyone live there? I haven't had a chance to drive through these neighborhoods but am looking in this price range. Does Langdon have a pool by any chance?
There are no houses in Langdon Pointe yet. It will not have a pool. At least there has been none designed for it yet. It could happen.
There are quite a few houses in Langdon's Pointe already. I'm guessing you haven't seen them though, it seems Tony Carroll started building at the back and is moving forward. Either way, I don't think there is a pool designed for that neighborhood.
Is Tony Carrol a bad builder? We live in one of his developments and our house seems okay. It was a resale.
