You can fish Langdon Pond. Last I checked it was 2 bucks per day per person. When you turn in the drive the is a box next to the driveway to put your money in.
I didnt look at the map too closely, but there are two drives on there that are just off of I40. They are close together and end up being the same drive after just a few yards. The owners son lives in the house with the pool behind it and the owner lives on the other side of the drive a little farther off the road. I believe the money box is where the two drives come together. Not sure about the boat, you could stop and ask. Friendly folks.
