Just saw a large white and brown dog on Monroe Rd.,between Polenta Rd. and Cleveland Rd.,appears to be a pitbull mix.Would have liked to pick him up but our two dogs were having a fit after seeing him. Called Animal Control in Smithfield but they wont come out until Monday.
