    Let's all post some of the stupidest things we have ever done in a day. Kind of like you know your getting ready to do something, you know it ain't right, and you go and do it anyway. Not like a mean thing but like say, putting the laundry detergent in the refrigerator KNOWING full well while your doing it that it is not right but ya do it anyway...............
    :lol::lol:

    Me:

    1) Start the washer and let go through the ENTIRE cycle and realize I had NO clothes in there.

    2) Forget which vehicle I drove (truck or car) and go nutso looking for the WRONG one.

    3) Ride with a friend to work in HER car and have a stroke thinking my car was stolen.

    There's more I'm sure. But I blame my kids and my husband for my seeming senility.....Stress. If my kids wouldn't do strange stuff, I wouldn't.:jester:

    1) Made my coffee in the am went to pour a cup and I didn't put the grinds in.
    2) Came out of the store went to put my groceries in the trunk and it wouldn't open, so there I am trying to get in the trunk then realized it wasn' my car.

    My second wife has you beat. She put the goceries in the backseat, got in and tried to start it. Then realized it wasn't her car. She had to take out all the groceries while people are walking by staring at her.

    All I can say is thanks for Car Remotes.

    There are always a couple of days a week where I am walking the hotel parking lock clicking away at the thing hoeing a trunk will pop open. I just hoe there aren't any other vehicles with the same frequency.

    Dialed a number and sat there and waited for it to ring just to realize I didn't push talk!

    Two years ago I went to registration day at my kids' preschool. My 2 yo was throwing a temper tantrum that morning, so I just carried him out kicking and screaming to the car. When we got to the school I realized he didn't have any shoes on. Oops! The worst part was that since it was registration day, all the parents (moms) were in line with me for about 1/2 hour, and I'm sure they were all wondering why he was at school with no shoes on. Luckily it was cold that day so they didn't go outside...but he spent the whole morning at school shoeless!

    I have done that more times than I care to admit! :lol:

    I've done something like that...luckily the wrong truck was locked. My husband watching from MY truck laughing at me talking away not realizing I was standing there waiting for him to unlock the door. Then I gave him a WTH look. Then :idea::idea::idea::idea::oops: :lol:

    After admiting to this in public, I don't think you need a sign. Maybe some professional help, but not a sign.

    Oh my, I've done all of the above. Now I can blame them on 'senior' moments. At the times I've done the above, not senior moments.......wonder what I'll do for encores.

    This one goes for most humiliating though. Years ago I worked as an assistant to another real estate agent, she sent me out to drop some stuff off to a client. I pull up in the driveway, he pulls in right behind me, I step out of my van to hand him the paperwork..........................and hear this horrible crunching sound. I turn around to see my van halfway in his garage, but his door was down. I forgot to put the thing in park! He was quite understanding, but I had to buy him a new garage door. A VERY expensive lesson in not getting distracted and forgetting to do the important things when parking your car. :?
