I was thinking of taking my kids there tomorrow but it seems kind of pricey. Has anyone been and if so is it worth it?:?:
We went on Sunday night. It took about an hour of waiting in line to get onto the hayride. And I'd say it's worth $8. It was a good 15-20 minute hayride, the lights were cute and creative, and we all had a good time. Everything was pretty spread out, so it wasn't "wow, look at all those lights" like you may expect since they advertise over 1 million lights. But it was still a good time and something we would probably do again. Make sure to bring a few blankets to keep warm. Our only complaint was that, just as we got off the hayride, they had some kind of electrical malfunction and all of the lights went off at the main area. This meant that we didn't get to see Santa and had to walk to our car in the pitch black. And now we have to find the time (and place) to see Santa before Christmas.
