We are in the extermination business. Prior experience is not a necessity for consideration for this position. We need individuals who have a positive attitude and are well mannered. Our ideal applicant should be able to create and build long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with potential and current customers as well as coworkers and management. Training is done on the job and with resource materials, state classes, and direct customer contact. Potential technicians should be able to work 40+ hours per week and the occasional saturday on a rotation. Overtime is paid at time+1/2. A competitive benefits package is available after a 90-day probationary period. Includes available health insurance plans, life insurance plans, small company IRA (after 2 years) with company match up to 3%. Must be physically able to complete the work. The job may require ladders and some heavy lifting. There will be a need to go into crawl spaces and other confined areas.
