Does anyone here know of a fellow named Scott Blackwelder? He installed the well where we live, way back in April 1987. His tag is on the well and since we are now having trouble with it, we'd like to contact him. His number on the tag is 919-552-3060. That number has been disconnected. We live in Fuquay on Sunset Lake Road. Any information would be appreciated.
