We are needing to have our front porch replaced. Currently the decking and rails are wood and the railings are now rotting due to aging and weather. We would like to get some estimates to have all of the wood replaced. If affordable we would like to consider having the steps upgraded to brick, the railings replaced with PVC railings, and possibly have the wood decking / flooring replaced with concrete. Any recommendations for contractors would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
We are looking for the same so I am interested in the responses as well. I called Lowes to have them come do a free estimate. Waiting for them to schedule the visit.
