I've used several other services and local people before her, and while they all start out great, Anna is the only one that I have consistently been happy with. She's professional, trustworthy (she has a key and we're not here when she cleans), communicates great, accommodating if we occasionally need to reschedule, friendly, and really great at cleaning houses. She uses the cleaning products that I like, makes recommendations when needed, and is receptive to feedback.
