There's a male black lab mix that's been running around our neighborhood (Lassiter Place)off of NC 210,he's friendly but our dog seems to be afraid of him.I hate to call animal control and have him end up at the pound.Anyone know who he might belong to? I already posted on Underdog Ranch's facebook page about him but haven't gotten a response yet.
