Our female black lab mix got out of our fenced yard the other night. Usually she runs around the block and comes home,...but she has yet to return this time. If anyone sees a rather skinny black lab, purple collar (tags not current with address... ) in the Cleveland sch rd/Shiloh/Dance Art vacinity...send me a post. Thanks.

Please do update us. I know that's a horrible feeling. Hope she comes home safe and soon.

Does the dog have white on it's chest? I've seen a black dog in my neighborhood and I'm near the area you're talking about. I didn't look to see if there was a collar.

yes, she has some white/grey on her muzzle and on her chest. Her name is Candy.

I'm going out to the Polenta area where the other posters, other thread, said they have seen one matching her description .

    Thanks all!

I posted the description of the dog I saw on my neighborhood's discussion board. Maybe it belongs to someone here. The dog I saw was on East Justin.

Have you found her yet? If not here is just something I saw outside my window while driving out of the subdivision today. There are 3or 4 homes on the main road out side of Pleasant Woods subdivison outside pleasant woods subdivision. Well in the 3rd home from the creek a black dog mid size went up running to man there sitting on his porch. I do not know if that was his dog or what, I just saw the dog running up to the man. Maybe it was your dog or maybe not and felt it was worth reporting it.
