We were leaving a friend's house on Great Oak Drive in Twisted Oaks about 11:30pm and saw a mostly black with some tan, white legs and chest, medium size mixed breed hound dog with a light colored leash dragging behind her(?). We couldn't get her to come to us to see if she had tags or to take her with us. We called our friends when we got home and described the dog, they couldn't think of any that fit the description. So if anyone knows this dog or the owners she was roaming Great Oak Drive off of Josephine about 11:30pm headed towards Josephine.
