I have had the "animal rescue" bug since I was a kid. I can't pass by an animal in danger, need of food, or otherwise. For that reason we have two very sweet princess kitties living with us completely indoors. One was adopted and one was rescued after our last neighbors decided to sell their house-and apparently their black and white kitty as well. She was left behind and after hearing of her "garage hopping" ways, I began feeding her and low and behold, she quickly became quite an addition to our family. My other spoiled princess was adopted almost 13 years ago now. She was described to me as "the one we can't place no matter what...she's so frustrated with being caged she forgets that you have to play "cute" to go home with a new family. I was living alone at the time, and since I knew she'd spend a long time in that cage if I didn't take her I made it my mission to be with me-she didn't have any expectations like being nice to kids, husbands or anything inbetween.

A week or so ago a little gray and brown mixed kitty showed up on our doorstep. I thought she might be in heat (still wondering) since she spent so much time rubbing against the door to the house and basically begging my kitties to stare at her through the windows.

She is long haired, and since her coat isn't matted at all I took up the assumption that she much belong to someone and someone must be brushing her, etc, etc. Well, after petting her the first time I realized she was a bag of bones. I started feeding her then and there.

We live in the Blaze Ridge development off of Cleveland School.

If you are missing a kitty, she's somewhere near my house. If not, please consider if it is in your heart to take her in. I have four sons and with two kitties already running the place it is just impossible for me to keep her.

I still have the theory that she is lost, though. She's too prohuman.

Please let me know if you could help or if I am feeding your kitty that is lost.

    Thanks so much!
