Television station WDAY reported 55-year-old Kevin Gienger was arrested on suspicion of stolen property and mistreating animals in last weekend’s incident. He’s since been released from jail. The Stutsman County sheriff’s office said the purebred poodle was found at Gienger’s home, along with scalpels and syringes. Authorities said Gienger didn’t have the owner’s permission to castrate the dog. Gienger told The Associated Press that the dog was running wild in the neighborhood and causing a nuisance. He said he’ll plead not guilty
Got to admit, my first thought when I saw the title of the thread was: When has a dog ever given permission for castration???
i think he would have done a lot more then that too the poor baby... i think he needs the castrating so a sick SOBBBB like that can't breed.
