Jason Nathaniel Davidson, 24, of 850 Asbury Drive in Candler, was cited for traveling in the wrong direction, driving without headlights, serious injury by vehicle and DWI. Davidson was the only one injured. He was taken to Wake Medical Center. All three cars involved were towed from the scene.
