Nine offices where people get stuff done. I got a feeling their output pays off a lot better than mine. :x http://lifehacker.com/5367129/nine-workspaces-where-famous-folks-get-stuff-done
I had the opportunity to speak with someone over office space outside DC this weekend. They have a special rental building with a special lease. Unlike most leases the owners never have legal access to the rented property without specific authorization by the tenents. There is a bit of a security entrance but the tenets add whatever security they feel is necessary. From a modest 8600 sq ft facility they gross 4 million per year, with no maintenance as the tenets would rather take care of it than have unsecured workers visit. Their appeal? Everyone knows where Langley is and if a suit with a briefcase goes in there is probably something of interest. But, if that same suit and briefcase go into a building elsewhere not owned by a governmental agency there is no reason to even raise an eyebrow.
