Matthews Road and Sonny Road?

    Anyone know what's going on at the top of Sonny Road, just a little bit shy of where it intersects with Matthews Road. A ton of trees have been taken out, and it looks like a road is being built.

    Just curious.

    (FYI, it's in the Cleveland Area)

    Yeah, if i am not mistaken, it was approved by the county back in 2002.

    It's not showing up on the JoCo GIS Mapping, not any plots carved out? Any ideas about lot size?

    It hasnt had any lots recorded in it yet so there would be nothing on GIS. Lot size is looking to be 22000 square feet on average +/-

    Wasn't this all owned by Sonny Johnson, near his home?
