    Hi all,

My fosters managed to get out today sometime between 3:00 and 3:45 and 3 of them are gone!!!! They are only 9-10 weeks old, one beige, one brown/black and one beige/black.

Please if anyone picked up some pups, or hears about someone finding some please let me know. I know if left alone, they would have still been here in that short amount of time, so I think someone thought they were in need and stopped to help.

They are not mine and are unaltered!!!

In four years this has never happened, I am so worried about who's hands they fell in.

YEAH!!! A couple of teenagers just knocked on the door, they saw them in my yard and took them home for safe keeping. I posted lost signs and they saw them. They are now back safe and sound.

    Whew.

How wonderful! Glad they were returned safe and sound! What made the teenagers think they needed "safe-keeping"?? :?

Yeah it was a little suspicious. They said their moms wouldn't let them keep them!! They also said they saw my dog runs out back, why not just put them back in? But hey, they are home and I am happy. I was so afraid they were dog bait or something.

    Stuff happens when you foster.

I was fostering a beautiful 5-6 mo old long-haired orange kitty (spayed), who managed to get outside twice. I couldn't believe it as I am so VERY careful at the doorway. (I never saw her get out - just could not find her inside.) She came back shortly, but I was so spooked I payed to have her microchipped.

I'm so glad you found your puppies.

I'm glad they are back ... and safe. You sure didn't waste any time putting out the flyers and getting those puppies back home where they belonged. I'm sure the pups are glad to be back. Thanks for the good news :)

I am relieved too. They are at the vet getting spayed/neutered today. I was writing an email to the shelter trying to explain what happened when the girls knocked on my door. (whew! Glad I didn't hit send yet!)

Maybe the pups knew what they were in for today and decided to make a run for it :) They probably thought you'd already called off the trip to the vet ... and it was safe to come back home :)
