Johnston County is no doubtedly growing by leaps and bounds. I wonder how many already approved subdivisions have homes that are not completed or even started yet. There has to be hundreds of outstanding already approved homes in the Cleveland area. It looks like the one by 40/42 off Son-Lan just started framing the first houses this past week. And the 2nd phase of Wellesley is just starting to get some piping underground.
