Can someone offer some suggestions as to who you worked with, individual and company? I am looking at purchasing my first house, and already have the property in mind. I want someone who will answer/return phone calls promptly and someone who is really on top of things. I will probably be looking for a company who offers a USDA loan, which will get me out of having to pay for PMI. Anyone have any good dealings? Thanks in advance!

Definintely call Steve with Meridian, they are FANTASTIC! They have done many loans for me & I have always been impressed with their prompt service, follow through, etc.
