Many of you may have seen the new Subway billboard on NC50 going southbound, just before NC42 (beside the new Sheetz). The directions to the first one (left at light, 2 miles ahead on right) make sense. That takes you to the gas station at 40/42 with a Subway inside. But what in the world do the bottom set of directions refer to? If you go 4 miles ahead from this sign, it's definitely not Garner, and takes you to the area of Stephenson's BBQ. There's definitely not a Subway there. I thought, "maybe they meant for those directions to face the other direction, going northbound". But 4 miles north is roughly Ken's Corn Maze. No Subway there. What in the world are they talking about?!
There's a Subway at 40/210, and one at NC50 and Timber Dr in Garner. Those are both about 5 miles from NC50/NC42.
After you make the left at light the first one is 2 miles on right and the second is 2 miles past that on right at 42 & Cornwallis. If they had left off "In Garner" they could have added "Left at Light" if front of 4 miles.
